Enrico Dho, Team Leader
Born on 14/02/2000
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florence. Currently a Master’s degree student in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Florence.
Holds a nautical license with no restrictions from the coast, the Short Range Certificate (SRC) issued by the Royal Yachting Association for radio equipment use, has completed offshore sailing courses at the United Kingdom Sailing Academy (UKSA) on the Isle of Wight, and attended the World Sailing Offshore Personal Survival Training Course in October 2022.
Competitive Sailing Achievements
2008-2012: Competitive sailing in the Optimist class.
2013-2019: Competitive sailing in the 420 class, racing nationally and participating in all selection regattas for international championships across Italy, in the role of bowman.
2014:Participated in the international Imperia Winter Regatta.
2015: Competed in international regattas: Imperia Winter Regatta; Kieler Woche, Kiel, Germany.
2016:Qualified to represent Italy at the U17 World Championship (finished 20th out of 68), San Remo, Italy; U17 European Championship (finished 9th out of 38), Balatonfured, Hungary. Participated in international regattas: Imperia Winter Regatta; Kieler Woche, Kiel, Germany. Finished 2nd in the Italian Championship in the U17 class.
2017: Qualified to represent Italy at the U19 European Championship (finished 23rd out of 109), Riva del Garda, Italy. Participated in the Imperia Winter Regatta, Imperia, Italy. Finished 4th overall and 3rd in the U19 male category at the Italian Youth Classes Championship in Dervio (Lake Como).
2018: Italian Youth Championship in Loano, 3rd overall and U19.
2019: Participated in several regattas with good results.
2019-2021: Competed in several zonal regattas on the Platu 25, achieving podium positions in the national championships of 2020 and 2021.
Giorgia Nannicini, Vice T.L.
Born on 21/12/2001
Degree in Agricultural Sciences at the University of Pisa, currently a student in the Master's degree program BIOEMSA at the University of Florence.
She attended the World Sailing Offshore Personal Survival Training Course in October 2022.
She is a recognized Level I Dinghy Instructor from the Italian Sailing Association (FIV).

April 2023: Participation in the “Rotta dei Delfini” on the XP-44 of Paolo Bertazzoni, finishing in 2nd place ORC.
